Having been a homemaker for many years, baking, preserving and pickling have become my passion and I love putting my own flare into my recipes. Many of the recipes I use have been passed down from my grandmothers and mom. Along with a variety of traditional marmalades, jams and jellies including the ever popular Millionaires Relish, I also make some unique gourmet varieties. Cake breads are another speciality of mine and my Heavenly Lemon Loaf is, well, heavenly! Come Christmas time, my family‚??s traditional Christmas Cake, mouth watering shortbread cookies and various cookies and square are a delight to all!

All my products have all ingredients listed on each product along with my name address and phone # for tracing. PLEASE NOTE: I do grind a variety of nuts in my kitchen, so all products "MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF NUTS"
Practices (our standards for raising or making our products)
I do all my baking and canning in my own personal kitchen, all of which I serve to my family and friends. Completed Courses pertaining to my business: I have completed the Good Agricultural Practices (Workshop for fresh fruit and vegetable growers/packers) course Feb 25, 2015 put on by OMAFRA I completed the Safe Food Handling course April 14, 2014 put on by the Renfrew County Health Unit. I also completed the Food Safety at Farmers Markets course April 3, 2013 put on by the Leeds, Grenville & Lanark Health Unit.
