About Us
My Gourmet Mixes began as a fun gift for friends when our children were young. Now our Gourmet Mix line has grown into something for everyone. We've got it all...soups, muffins, cookies, breads & biscuits, meals, pancakes, dips, dressings, pasta toppings & even Doggy Treats for that special pet!

Each 100% natural and Gluten-free mix is carefully blended and packaged weekly for freshness and wholesome flavor. We shop for the freshest organic, local & kosher ingredients so you don't have to. You simply add liquid ingredients and your job is done!

Mixes store well for 6 months in a cool, dry location.

We also custom design gift boxes, baskets and bottles for any occasion. Corporate orders are always welcome.

Ingredients
We use various combinations of: Organic Hemp, Organic Chick Pea, Sorghum, Organic Bean, Teff, Organic Rice, Buckwheat, Organic Quinoa, Organic Amaranth, Arrowroot, Potato and Tapioca.

All mixes are Low-sodium.

Practices (our standards for raising or making our products)
All our mixes have NO Gluten, Sugar, Wheat, Dairy, Soy, MSG, Egg or Yeast. All are vegetable-based & low-sodium. Most of our ingredients are Kosher & from Ontario. We use organic where available.

Registered with FDA and CFIA. ELISSA testing to ensure GF standards. Regularly inspected by Renfrew County Health Dep't in our factory as well as inspected when we are doing store demos and shows.

Your health and safety are our top priority!

Additional Information
Our factory is 100% Gluten-free. Our mixes are packaged in a poly inner pouch, then placed inside a reusable paper lunch bag with a label/recipe card attached. We offer all returning customers the option of using our Refill-pak system -- they save their label/recipe card & re-order only the insert pouch. This saves money & garbage.
