All greens are washed, chopped and then blanched (put in boiling water quickly, then strained, this allows the greens to be preserved in the freezer without becoming freezer burnt). We then store them in our home freezer. Our pesto and purslane are both prepared raw, with the exception of the roasted sunflower seeds. Megan silk screens her designs onto organic cotton and sweatshop free shirts. |
